This event will boast 12+ Dog Industry vendors and local businesses, food and drinks from Space Cowboy, music from the resident Space Cowboy DJ, and Houston’s Largest Dog Costume Contests!

The event is FREE to the public, with a suggested $5 donation to help local dog rescue.

If you’re interested in sponsoring the DOGPOP HALLOWEEN event, please apply by submitting the form below and we will send you our vendor / sponsorship packet.  Note that there are only 12 – 15 spaces available for this event, with most of the spaces already reserved.  Any avaialble spaces are being reserved for sponsors. This is the standard vendor package for any interested vendors / businesses.

  • 5 x 8′ space (must provide your own tables, chairs, etc.  No popup tents allowed.  All vendor spaces are in shaded areas)
  • Spaces are assigned by organizers
  • DogPop will provide all vendors with promotional material to promote the market such as flyers, posters, and digital ads that can be used via social media.
  • Any vendors that would like to donate an item to our event raffles and costume contests will receive additional exposure and PA mentions (optional).  Raffles will go to help a local Houston rescue.


DogPop offers a beefy sponsorship package for businesses and organizations that wish to participate as more than vendors.  Details about sponsorship can be provided upon request.


  1.  All vendor fees are final and only refundable in the case of emergency cancellation by the vendor.  We ask that all cancellations be done at least 7 days prior to the event date, so that we can fill your space with possible vendors on our waiting list.
  2. In the case of event cancellation due to weather, “acts of god”, or covid-19 event restrictions, the event will be rescheduled and your vendor fee will apply to the new “rain date”.
  3. If a vendor has to cancel, your vendor fee is transferable if you have someone willing to take your spot and we approve of the replacement.
