Hector Garcia is the CEO of Neue Creative, a local design and branding agency that has been serving Houston for over 20 years.  DogPop & Puppies for Breakfast come from Hector’s love and advocacy for Dogs and a vision to do something BIG for dog lovers and their dogs. “My vision for every dog festival is for it to be a huge Dog Party for dogs and their owners. I also want to create an atmosphere that’s festive and a marketplace that benefits each and every sponsor, vendor, and dog rescue involved. It’s simple, I love dogs and I love people and PFB and DogPop bring both together for one day to celebrate dogs.” – Hector
